We use your information exclusively to:
• Organize and personalize your mentorship session
• Communicate with you about your session (scheduling, preparation, follow-up)
• Improve our services
• Comply with legal obligations
3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
Your personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Period.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted services to operate:
• Stripe — for secure payment processing
• Wix — for website hosting
• Muse — for session connectivity
These services have their own privacy policies and handle your data according to industry-standard security practices.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

CTRL-Q — Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or participating in a CTRL-Q Mentorship, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Description
CTRL-Q is a private, one-on-one music production mentorship conducted by Andrés F. Borda Zabala (Andy BoZa). Each mentorship consists of six (6) hours of live, focused work — delivered in a single day or split across two sessions (3 hours each), at the client's preference.
2. Payment
The mentorship fee is $597 USD, payable as a one-time payment via Stripe at the time of purchase. Payment secures your spot and initiates the scheduling process.
3. Scheduling
After purchase, the client will be guided through a scheduling process to select a preferred date and time. Available time slots are 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM (Eastern Time). Scheduling is subject to availability.
4. Validity Period
The mentorship must be completed within three (3) months of the purchase date. If the client does not schedule or complete the mentorship within this period, a 50% refund will be issued and the session will be forfeited.
5. Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability, and a new date will be agreed upon by both parties. Emergency rescheduling (less than 48 hours) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. No-Show Policy
If the client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (48 hours minimum), the session will be considered completed and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
7. Late Arrival
If the client arrives late, the session will not be extended beyond the originally scheduled time. We recommend being ready at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
8. Technical Issues
If technical issues arise during the session (internet failure, platform issues, power outage) that prevent meaningful progress, the mentor will schedule an additional session at no extra cost to complete the remaining time. Both parties will agree on the rescheduled date.
9. Refund Policy
• Before scheduling: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no session has been scheduled.
• After scheduling: No refund once a date has been confirmed, except in cases covered by the Validity Period (Section 4) or Technical Issues (Section 8).
• No-show: No refund.
• After 3 months without completing the mentorship: 50% refund.
10. Intellectual Property
Your music remains 100% yours. CTRL-Q does not claim any ownership, rights, or credit on any music worked on during the mentorship.
The CTRL-Q methodology, system, and teaching materials are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of Andrés F. Borda Zabala. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold.
If the client chooses to give credit to the mentor for any work performed during the mentorship, that decision is entirely and solely at the client's discretion. CTRL-Q does not require, request, or expect credit of any kind.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the content of the session. Sessions may not be recorded (audio or video) without written consent from both parties. Any music shared during the session will be treated as confidential.
12. Session Backup
CTRL-Q will retain a backup of the session work for one (1) month following your mentorship date. During this period, you may request the backup if needed. After the one-month period has passed, the session backup will be permanently deleted and will no longer be available through CTRL-Q.
13. Complimentary Post-Mentorship Call
A complimentary 20-minute follow-up call with the mentor is available at no cost after your mentorship. This call is optional and will only be scheduled upon the client's request. It is intended for post-session support — whether you need clarification on a concept, guidance applying what you learned, or any additional questions that arise after the mentorship.
14. Session Breaks
Each session includes built-in breaks to ensure both parties remain focused and productive.
15. Language
Mentorships are available in English or Spanish, selected by the client during the scheduling process.
16. Limitation of Liability
CTRL-Q is a mentorship service. Results depend on the client's application of the concepts taught. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, commercial success, or career advancement. The mentor's liability is limited to the amount paid for the mentorship.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to online services and international commerce.

CTRL-Q — Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every CTRL-Q Mentorship to be a great experience. Here is exactly how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling work:
Cancellation & Refund
• Within 7 days of purchase (no session scheduled): Full refund.
• After a session date has been confirmed: No refund. Rescheduling is available with 48 hours' notice.
• After 3 months without completing the mentorship: 50% refund; session forfeited.
• No-show without 48-hour notice: No refund; session counts as completed.
Rescheduling
• 48+ hours notice: Free rescheduling, subject to availability.
• Less than 48 hours (emergency): Handled case-by-case with good faith from both parties.
• Both parties must agree on the new date and time.
Technical Issues
If technical problems (internet failure, platform issues, power outage) prevent us from completing the session, a new date will be scheduled at no additional cost to complete the remaining time.
Session Backup

CTRL-Q is a private mentorship focused on music production methodology — specifically editing, preparation, and session workflow. It is not a certification program, academic course, or accredited education.
No Guarantee of Results
While CTRL-Q provides professional-level guidance based on a proven methodology used on Grammy-winning productions, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results, commercial success, career advancement, or any particular outcome from participating in the mentorship. Results depend entirely on the client's application, dedication, and circumstances.
